Privacy Policy

Ledgux is a shared-expense app: you record expenses, split them with people you choose, and settle up. This policy explains exactly what the app collects and where it goes.
1. Who we are
Ledgux is published by M Ramasamy, an individual developer based in Bangalore, India, who is the controller of the data described here. There is no public postal address; the fastest way to reach a person is email: support@conqurio.com.

3. Analytics, stated plainly
The app sends usage events to Google Analytics for Firebase. These events include expense and settlement amounts, the number of people in a group, the split method used, and which screens you open. They are associated with an account identifier. They do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, expense titles, or receipt images.
4. Signing in
You can sign in with an email one-time code, with Google, or with Apple. When you use Google or Apple, that provider confirms your identity to us and we receive the account details you approve. We never receive your password.
5. Other services the app contacts
Currency rates come from ExchangeRate-API (exchangerate-api.com). Only a currency code is sent; no personal or financial data is included in that request.
6. Storage and security
Your data is stored on your device and synced to our server. Sign-in credentials are held in the iOS Keychain. You can require Face ID to open the app. Data is shared with the people you add to a group — they can see the expenses of groups you share.
7. Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from within the app. Deletion immediately removes the active account, server sessions, device registrations, and personal server state. A short-lived retry receipt containing a random request identifier and a one-way token hash may remain for up to 7 days; it contains no account ID, email address, or phone number. Shared expense records already provided to other members of a group may remain in their ledgers. Backup copies may remain for up to 30 days, and data may be retained longer only where required by law.
8. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion, by emailing support@conqurio.com. The app can also export your complete data at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Children
Ledgux is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
